Pick the trades going to this contractor. Photos tagged to other trades are left out.

This is the message the Email button copies. Change the wording however you like. These words in square brackets are filled in for each job: [job], [address], [trades], [due] quote due date, [video] video link, [description] job description and notes.

Account

Bring jobs across

Pick the backup file you saved from the old Quote Packs in Claude. Jobs already here with the same name are updated, not doubled.

Contractors

Add each contractor once. Then tick them when you create a pack.

Quickest way: tap Add contractor, then tap the name box twice and choose AutoFill › Contact (or the contacts icon above the keyboard). Pick the person and their name and email fill in.

Send it from Outlook

Copy any part again if you need it

1. Email addressespaste into BCC

2. Subject

3. Message

4. Attach the PDF: in Outlook tap the paperclip, choose Files › Downloads (or wherever you saved it) and pick the PDF. Then tap Send.
